Shipping Policy

1. Shipping methods:

• We only offer domestic shipping.
• Domestic orders are shipped via PostEx.

2. Delivery times:

• Within Lahore orders typically take up to 3 working days for delivery.
• Orders for other cities take 3 to 5 working days for delivery.

3. Shipping charges:

• Flat shipping charges are Rs.200/-

4. Order processing:

• Orders are typically processed and shipped within one to two business days after order confirmation.

5. Address accuracy:

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We will not be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In that case, extra delivery charges will be paid by the customer, if incurred.

6. Delayed or lost shipments:

• In the event of delayed or lost shipments, please contact our customer service team, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
