  2. Exchanges: Our Panjeeri can be exchanged if it is not customized, meaning if there are no add-ons added to it. All shipping costs associated with the exchange will be covered by the client.
  3. Exchange Initiation: To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within five (5) business days.
